Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in model-shrink. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for paid plans.

1. Free eval

The eval report is free. No payment, nothing to refund.

2. Cancellation

Paid plans are monthly and can be cancelled any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current period.

3. Refunds

If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 7 daysof a charge for a full refund of that month's fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. How to request

Email hello@modelshrink.aiskillhub.info with your account email. We respond within 2 business days.
