Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of model-shrink ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

model-shrink analyses LLM prompt/response logs you provide and produces cost-savings estimates and, on paid plans, distilled models and hosted endpoints. All cost figures are estimates based on published list prices and are not guarantees of actual savings.

2. Your data

For the free eval report, logs you submit are processed in-memory to generate the report and are not persisted. For paid plans, you grant us a limited licence to use your logs solely to train and host a model for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the data and that it does not contain content you are not permitted to share.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or submit malicious content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

5. Changes
